2011 Green Lantern Movie Poster

The Green Lantern [PG-13]

The Green Lantern Corps are a small but powerful group sworn to keep intergalactic peace, with each member wearing a ring that grants them superpowers.

When a new enemy threatens to destroy the delicate balance in the universe, the Green Lanterns have to rely on their newest recruit Hal Jordan (played by Ryan Reynolds), the first human member ever, to save them.

Powerful action scenes and vivid imagery might make this movie a little intense for younger viewers.

In theaters June 17.
