Puffy Fish

Materials

  1. Paper bag used for lunches
  2. Rubber band
  3. Old newspaper
  4. Markers or paints

Directions

Stuff the bag with crumpled newspaper until it is half full. Wind the rubber band tightly around the middle of the bag. Fan out the open end of the bag to form the fish's tail. Paint or color the body and tail. Using the marker, draw eyes and a mouth. Create a way to attach fins! Several puffy fish can be constructed and hung in a group from the ceiling or a shelf.
