Straw Painting

If your child has mastered the skill of blowing, she may enjoy this activity. If not, she will still enjoy using the straw as a paintbrush.

Materials

Tempera paint
Paper
Drinking straw

Directions

Drop a bit of thin paint on a piece of paper.
Give your child a straw and have her blow the paint around.
If you like, add a second and third color.
You can also try different types of paper for different effects.
