Sponge Printing

Have your toddler use chalk on a wet sponge to create a clean art stamp.

Materials

  • Sponge
  • Chalk
  • Water
  • Paper

Directions

  1. Soak a sponge in water and squeeze to release the excess.
  2. Use a piece of chalk to draw on the wet sponge.
  3. Press the wet sponge onto a piece of white or colored construction paper to create a print.
  4. If you like, use chalk in various colors and a variety of sponges in different shapes and sizes.
