Pre-Med Majors
Question: What should my college major be if I want to be a doctor? What kind of classes should I expect to take?
Answer: Chemistry and biology are generally good pre-med majors. You can visit any college website and get a complete run- down of the pre-med curriculum. It would be good to find this out now so that you can prepare for any areas which may give you trouble later. I also suggest that you take classes in the humanities or social sciences. You may also want to minor in psychology since the "people" part of your job will be as important as your technical expertise.
