Paper Plate Numbers

Materials

  • 20 small paper plates
  • Black marker
  • Stickers or dots

Directions

  1. Make up a matching set of paper plates with numbers from one to ten.
  2. Put one sticker on the edge of each of two plates, and write the numeral 1 and/or the word one in the center of the plate.
  3. Make pairs with the rest of the numerals in the same way.
  4. You can use this as a hands-on matching activity or just display the plates on a wall in your child's bedroom or wherever she spends time during the day.
