Silly News Flash

Time

  • 10 to 15 minutes
Materials
  • None

Directions

  1. When you're feeling silly, this one will keep the mood going. Sit in a comfortable position and begin a news story using only 3 words.
  2. The next person adds 3 more words, and this continues until the news story is complete. An example might be something like, "Early this morning, a pink elephant, walked upstairs loudly...etc."
Extensions
  • Change the rules in a mutually agreeable way, such as alternating complete sentences or changing the number of allowed words.
  • Write down the stories and read them back later for more laughs.
