Funnel and Fill

  • 20 to 30 minutes

  • Several small funnels
  • Plastic bottles
  • Water

Set out an array of small funnels, cups, and plastic bottles and work together to transfer the water from one bottle to another.

  • Pretend you are both making chocolate milk, medicine for a sick doll, or bottles of soda.
  • Add plastic tubing that will fit around the point of the funnel and carry the water directly into the container.
  • Have a pretend tea party together.
  • Mix batches of colored water using food coloring.
