Clipboard Fun
Time
- 15 to 20 minutes
Materials
- Clipboard
- Paper
- Pen or pencil
Directions
A clipboard is a very grownup tool, so it can make your child feel mature and important. Assign an inventory task, such as tallying the contents of a kitchen or linen cupboard.
Extensions
- Hang a clipboard by the door with chores listed so your child can use it to check off tasks as they are finished, adding notes about what happened.
- Take clipboards and head out on an alphabet scavenger hunt, finding an item for each letter of the alphabet. Exchange and check for accuracy when finished.
- List questions that you make up together and send your child to interview a family member or friend.
