Free Admission For Members:

The Alaska Native Heritage Center (Anchorage) announces that it will now give free complementary admission to Museums Alaska members. Please present your 2008 Museums Alaska membership card at the ticket counter to visit this excellent museum. You will enjoy the experience.

2008 Joint Conference:

The joint conference of the Western Museums Association and Museums Alaska will be held September 17-21, 2008 in Anchorage. Conference registration, hotel and airline information, tentative program and scheduled events are provided on the Western Museums Association website, www.westmuse.org. Registrations must be received by September 1st. Early bird registration, with a discounted rate, must be completed by July 31.
