Materials:

Football helmet (even a toy one will work)

Football jersey (or take an oversized shirt with short or ?-length sleeves and put a number on it.)

Football pants or jogging pants

Football pads (or attach rolled-up towels to the insides of the shoulders of the shirt)

Cleats or tennis shoes

Black face makeup

Wrist sweatbands

Instructions: Apply black face makeup under your child's eyes, on the cheekbones. Have him or her suit up with the rest of the gear. Two, four, six, hike!
