Creative Hanukkah Gifts for Kids

Hanukkah is the perfect time to get a child started on the art of making scrapbooks. If you throw in a disposable camera with the gift, your loved one will be on his or her way to immortalizing this special time of year.

Time frame: Two to four hours

Level: Moderately easy

What you need:

  • Blank scrapbook or binder with colored papers
  • Scrapbook pack of decals
  • Decorative-edge scissors
  • Extra paper
  • White glue
  • Disposable camera
  • Glitter pens
  • Fine-tipped markers
  • Paper gift bag and bow
  • Crepe paper filler
  • Confetti
  1. If you check the aisles at your local craft store, you'll find all the ingredients you need for this fun gift. I suggest you collect the materials listed above and add things that catch your eye in the store.

  2. Place the ingredients for your gift in a paper gift bag and include a couple bags of confetti that can be used on the scrapbook. Tie with a bow made of curling ribbon.
