Creative Hanukkah Gifts for Kids
Thanks for the Memories
Hanukkah is the perfect time to get a child started on the art of making scrapbooks. If you throw in a disposable camera with the gift, your loved one will be on his or her way to immortalizing this special time of year.
Time frame: Two to four hours
Level: Moderately easy
What you need:
- Blank scrapbook or binder with colored papers
- Scrapbook pack of decals
- Decorative-edge scissors
- Extra paper
- White glue
- Disposable camera
- Glitter pens
- Fine-tipped markers
- Paper gift bag and bow
- Crepe paper filler
- Confetti
- If you check the aisles at your local craft store, you'll find all the ingredients you need for this fun gift. I suggest you collect the materials listed above and add things that catch your eye in the store.
- Place the ingredients for your gift in a paper gift bag and include a couple bags of confetti that can be used on the scrapbook. Tie with a bow made of curling ribbon.
