Three generations later, his great-grandson, Dr. Richard Jacks, tries to improve upon the formula, but once again, things don't go according to plan. Now everyone's about to see a side of Dr. Jacks they've never seen before. It's the battle of the sexes all in one body as Dr. Jacks begins to periodically metamorphose into seductive Helen Hyde, who will stop at nothing to realize her fiendish ambitions. She's making his life a little confusing because he never knows when she's coming back. Now, he'll have to get rid of her... before she gets rid of him.
