Description: Venu Nagavally, the man who as a director gave us films like 'Sukhamo Devi', 'Sarvakalasa', 'Lal Salaam', 'Kalipattom', 'Aayirappara' etc and who has scripted many hits including 'Kilukkam', is also a well-known actor. It's after a long gap of about a decade, that Venu Nagavally directs a movie. Earlier titled 'Suhruththu', the film is now set for release as 'Bhaarya Swantham Suhriththu'. Kariyaachan had been in the Gulf for many years. Now that he is back, he has constructed a big house in town and lives there along with his wife Moly and daughter Teena. He starts a finance company too. Kariyaachan gradually becomes well-known in town. He loves his family and is a God-fearing person. Another pivotal character in the story is Girijavallabhan, popular as Girija. Girija's wife is Lakshmipriya, in whose name he runs a textile shop. Girija is someone who goes about wearing colourful and fashionable dresses and who always talks about his experiences with various women. This has its influence upon Kariyaachan too, whose mentality suffers a change. From here the story of 'Bhaarya Swantham Suhruththu' takes off. Jagathy Sreekumar becomes Kariyaachan while Mukesh is Girija. Urvashi plays Moly while Padmapriya becomes Lakshmipriya.
