Description: Jean-Claude, a 71-year-old Brazilian director of French origins, is making a documentary in which he puts phobic people in anxiety-inducing situations. For him, the only honest image is that of a person facing his or her deepest fears. Through his filmmaking, he wants to understand why these men and women volunteer themselves to be exposed to such a state of uncontrollable panic. But the filmmaker is not content to remain behind the camera. He begins to interact with his subjects and sometimes even establishes a paternal rapport with them. However, this documentary project was mysteriously never completed. The question remains: what happened to drirector Jean-Claude?
