Description: Cop Raymond Vates is gay, though closeted. When a serial killer begins murdering male hustlers, Vates investigates despite official indifference. His professional interest becomes personal though when he unknowingly has a one-night stand with the killer, who steals his badge and uses it to implicate him in the crimes.
