Description: An Italian political thriller blazing with drama, suspense, and the signature sound of an Ennio Morricone score, "La Scorta" (The Bodyguards) is the story of justice and corruption in Sicily. After a judge and his bodyguard are murdered in the town of Trapani, while pursuing an investigation of the town's Mafia connections, a new judge is sent to take over the investigation. He's assigned four new bodyguards, all reluctant young cops with their own secrets, loyalties, and agendas.
