Description: It begins with the buzz: Vic's getting out. Vic is the boss of bosses, capo di tutti, but he's been out of commission--locked up in a mental institution. Vic's been away. Now he needs to get the balance back, clean up the outfit, eliminate his rivals... and he must reclaim Grace.
