Description: Well-known Egyptian actor Omar Sharif and the young British actress Kate Maberly are featured in the IMAX film. Sharif plays the role of a grandfather who takes his visiting granddaughter (Maberly) around the country to introduce her to the wonders of ancient Egypt. Re-enactments are used to illustrate such events as the building of pyramids, the reign of the pharaohs and the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb.
