Description: The story of Pinocchio is shifted 1,000 years into the future. Inventor Gepetto creates the son he always wanted: a cute little android called Pinocchio who can feel emotions because of a special microchip. Meanwhile, technology-loving, child-hating Mayor Scamboli runs his steel and glass metropolis with an iron fist. Under pressure from his daughter to give the city's kids a place to play, Scamboli creates a public park. Gepetto, suspecting foul play on the part of the mayor, upsets the opening. Scamboli then charms innocent Pinocchio into helping him turn all the kids into robots. But when Gepetto is taken prisoner, Pinocchio sees the truth.
