Description: Customs officer Mehti is a man full of love for his country who returns to his desert village with a government order under his arm. He sets up a new border post smack dab in the middle of his hometownm, making many of the patriotic village folk, including his best friend, instant foreigners. Matters are complicated when he learns that his son is deeply in love with his best friend's daughter and plans to elope -- causing Mehti to have to choose bewteen his love for his determined son and his sense of patriotic duty.
