Description: A look into the trials and tribulations of a group of young people dealing with love, pain and friendship told through the eyes of an 8 year old during the course of one year. Denise is a single mother, fresh from her breakup with her abusive ex, Jay, who tries her best to raise and protect her daughter, Kayla, from his constant lies and empty promises. Sean has just gone through a break up with Melissa who drops a bombshell with news of a pregnancy. This places Sean in a state of turmoil as he strikes a new romance with Denise. He only has his best friend Jamal to give advice on dealing with the love triangle. Tasha and Marcus are High School sweethearts with a history of mental and physical abuse. But they tend to keep their relationship afloat beyond anyone's belief. The only question remains are how far can either one of them goes on before the breaking point reaches to its peak. Filled with humor, sadness, romance and friendship. The tales of each character will unfold until their inevitable outcome determines which path each individual will face moving forward.
