Description: Two people destined to be together... or are they? Ashish Kapoor and Rani are pretty much in love with each other. Off course every love story should have a twist. Ashish has a problem and what a problem it is. At the slightest level of tension, Ashish needs to pop a pill to unrattle his shaken nerves. This comes to the notice of Rani's family members who in turn try to separate them. And if that was not enough for Ashish, there is his friend Rohit who has the hots for Rani as well. Despite all these predicaments, Rani genuinely loves Ashish and sticks to him. However, when Ashish goes to visit his doctor, he misunderstands the doctor's diagnosis of Hypertension to cancer. Ashish's world is turned upside down. And now before dying he decides to do the right thing.
