 Sia, the Myth of the Python
Description: On the advice of his priests, a tyrant king orders the sacrifice of a young woman to a mystical snake god, in the belief that this will restore prosperity to his kingdom of Koumbi. The beautiful Sia is chosen as the victim. She is betrothed, however, to Mamadi, a valiant and honorable lieutenant in the army, who rebels against the decision to perform this ritual.
