Rating:No Rating
Genre:Drama
Release Date:January 1, 2000
Running time:120 minutes
Director:Fernando Trueba

Description: Based on an allegedly true story of how during the fascist era of the 1930s the Nazi Party's head of propaganda, Josef Goebbels, fell head-over-heels in love with the reigning Spanish cinema queen when the latter visited the Ufa studios in Germany. Singer Macarena Granada is shooting a cheesy musical in Berlin when Goebbels comes into her already ailing relationship with the film's director. She is unsure what to do about his advances, but he does provide some Jewish extras for the film. Then Macarena falls for one of these extras, and realises that after the film is done, he and the others will be taken to a concentration camp.
