Description: As the first film ever about gay werewolves, "The Wolves of Kromer" becomes both a satirical fairy tale and a moving love story. The picturesque English country town of Kromer is filled with hypocritical citizens who feign piety yet are consumed by mean-spirited plotting. They are also heavily prejudiced against the wolves that live in the woods by the edges of the town. These wolves, played by gorgeous young actors, are ostracized for their differences, which mainly consist of physical attraction to each other. Seth is new to the pack, having been thrown out of his house when he "came out" as a wolf. He hooks up with the worldlier Gabriel and it is their relationship which is tested by the pressures of the intolerant world around them as well as their own confusion and commitment issues.
