Description: This animated feature stars the French cartoon hero Tintin, a cheerful can-do young man who travels around the world with his dog and a gruff old sailor. In this story, Tintin and his friends, including an inventor, are experimenting on the lake with a small submarine when an evil super-crook and his gang, working from underneath the lake, kidnap two children from the local village.
