Description: The story of five friends in Los Angeles whose annual tradition of joining the zany West Hollywood Halloween Parade in outrageous-themed costumes has become local legend. However, this year, as they prepare their costumes, all goes wrong. A single case of mistaken identity turns their gentle lifestyle and harmless pre-party atmosphere into a diabolical world of vengeful gang bangers, surveillance teams, police chases, shootouts, drug-lords, a team of Anna Nicole Smith drag queens, Anna Nicole Smith and yes her dog, "Sugar Pie."
