Green paint and a potato stamp make an easy St. Patrick's Day art project.

Potato Press Picture
Materials
- Raw potato, cut in half
- Shallow dish of green tempera paint
- Construction paper
Directions
- Dip the cut surface of the potato into the green paint and press onto the construction paper.
- Remind your child to press the potato onto the paper gently.
- Repeat until the paper is covered with green shapes. Use as a Saint Patrick's Day card or picture.
