Halloweentown is a made-for-TV movie that premiered on the Disney Channel in 1998 and has since spawned several sequels. It centers upon a teenage girl named Marnie, who discovers that she comes from a long line of witches. She visits her ancestral home in Halloweentown and stops a rash of mysterious disappearances there, while learning an important lesson about herself in the process.
