Costumes and merchandise related to the hugely popular Hunger Games film and book series seem to be tightly regulated, so you won't find a lot of officially-licensed or even knock-off Hunger Games costume pieces on the market (other than Mockingjay emblem pins). But that shouldn't stop your fan from whipping up her own costume as Katniss or Peeta from the post-apocolyptic sci-fi story.
