Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on New York, and darkness and despair has settled over the city. The future looks bleak until four unlikely heroes rise from the sewers — a group of outcast brothers known as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Donatello (Jeremy Howard), Leonardo (Johnny Knoxville), Michelangelo (Noel Fisher), and Raphael (Alan Ritchson) work with the fearless reporter April (Megan Fox) and her wise-cracking cameraman Vernon Fenwick (Will Arnett) to save the city from Shredder and his evil plan.
