Kit Kittredge: An American Girl [G]

The newest American Girl film - and the first to be released theatrically - stars Academy Award nominee Abigail Breslin as Kit Kittredge, a small-town girl growing up during the Great Depression. When a thief steals the meager savings from families all around town, it's up to Kit and her friends to solve the mystery. The cast also includes such standouts as Chris O'Donnell, Joan Cusack, and Stanley Tucci. (July 2)
