Potato Press Picture

Materials

  • Raw potato, cut in half
  • Shallow dish of green tempera paint
  • Construction paper

Directions

  1. Dip the cut surface of the potato into the green paint and press onto the construction paper.
  2. Remind your child to press the potato onto the paper gently.
  3. Repeat until the paper is covered with green shapes. Use as a Saint Patrick's Day card or picture.
