Cork Race

You will need one of each of the following items for each player. Many toddlers haven't yet mastered the skill of blowing through a straw, so you may want to save this idea for when your child is a little older.

Materials

  • Cork
  • 9-inch by 13-inch baking pans
  • Straw

Directions

  1. Fill each baking pan with water and place the pans on a table or on the floor.
  2. Give each player a cork and a straw.
  3. The winner is the first one to blow her cork from one side of the pan to the other.
