Number of servings:
3-4

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1 package smoked sausage or kelbasa
1 small package broccoli florets (frozen or canned)
1 box mac & cheese
1 green pepper, cut into strips

Directions:
Prepare mac & cheese and broccoli as follows on packages. While that's being done put the pepper in a pan and lightly brown until cooked, then add the kelbasa or sausage and cook until warm. Once everything is all done just throw it together in a pot and enjoy. Very easy & very good, kids love it too!!

Other suggestions and comments:
My mom made this recipe for us kids and now I make it for mine. It's easy and fast. If your kids are finicky, like my son, this is a good way to get them to eat veggies. You can add other veggies besides broccoli if you'd like; I've done it & it's just as delicious (if not more so!)
