Time needed:
45 Minutes (30 Minutes marinating time)

Number of servings:
Depends on how much chicken you get.

Description:
Marinate, cook and eat.

Ingredients:
Stir-fry Chicken strips or cut chicken breast into strips
Ken's Ceasar Dressing (to taste)
Romaine Lettuce
Feta Cheese
Pita Pockets

Instructions:
Marinate Chicken in Dressing for at least 30 minutes.
Grill or broil until golden brown on both sides.
Cut into bite sized pieces.
Stuff Pita Pockets with Romaine and Feta.

Other comments or suggestions:
You can also use a creamy dressing for inside of the pocket or as a dip.
