Describe your Halloween celebration idea:
Create a skeleton using bread stick dough.

What steps should be taken to organize this celebration?
Purchase at least 3 or 4 containers of bread stick dough. Check the container for "servings per container" and invite enough friends & family over for snack, or use as a daycare snack, or have this with a group dinner. It will be a large enough skeleton to feed several people.
Get a picture of a skeleton and use it as a guide to shape the bread stick dough into a skeleton. Cut the pieces with a knife or kitchen scissors to make shorter or skinnier bones. keep the dough cold for easier handling. You will need to use 2 or 3 cookie sheets (or 1 sheet used several times). Follow baking instructions on package. After baking, lay it all out on a clean counter or large board.

For a smaller snack, just make hands. Feel your own hand to count the number of "bones" to make.

Additional comments:
This is a great way to teach kids some anatomy!
