brown paper grocery bag
yellow construction paper
scissors
black permanent marker

Instructions:
This is a very quick, easy, and inexpensive costume that will get high marks for cuteness. Best for ages 2-4.
1. Turn bag inside out so only brown is showing.
2. Cut one hole in front for the face and holes on either side for the arms.
3. Write "I'm a baked potato" on the front of the bag.
4. Write "butter" on the yellow construction paper and then tape or staple it to the top of the bag so it sticks up.
